Every airline works differently. It's usually not so much a question of which airline you're flying on (though that is a factor) but rather, which airline you work for. Without knowing that, nobody can really give you a guaranteed answer.
If you are asking about listing for a specific flight after you purchase your ZED ticket, check with your pass bureau. They will know what kind of agreement AC has with AA.
