Alright, I went "active" today, but the DSM airport authority didn't have my security badge finished so I couldn't do anything and they had me head home. According to jetnet pay I have an active status, pay, etc., but I don't have New Jetnet access or NRTP access. Is this enabled by an admin manually or should it open to me on this date? I don't really want to be "that guy" calling tech support or HR complaining about my lack of access when I haven't even technically worked yet. Any info would be greatly appreciated
Edited to add:
I also can't continue my onboarding checklist because of the lack of JetNet access.
Honestly, I'd just call tech support. It'll probably come down to them anyway. Plus, if you have stuff to do, you have to do it. I'm sure they won't be upset for calling about that.
Pass bank question... Does a connecting flight count as 1 or 2 one way segments from my pass bank. It lists 4 segments (2 out and 2 back), but we should be D2t passengers for the connection. If someone wants to check out my PNR and make sure everything is correct I'd appreciate it! I can PM the PNR
Ok, I reread the guidelines and found the definition of one way segment. Nevermind, all.
