Thread: Help with SABRE entry?

Are any of you ticket/gate people? I'm trying to check in for my flight and I'm flying ZED so I can't check in online or on the kiosk. The people with AA here are not original AA people so they are not as familiar with entries. I thought the checkin form was the regular G-flight-lastname/firstname*sc/bt/nobags+ZED (+ is cross of lorraine). I tried to get checked in for my connecting flight before I left on my original DL flight and it kept saying end of entry was invalid. If you take off the ZED part, it says it needs boarding priority. I ended up missing my DL flight because I spent too much time trying to get checked into my connecting flight instead of just waiting until I got to ATL. I used to work AA but it's been 5 years now. The last several times I've flown (out of at least 3 or 4 different stations) on a ZED with AA, the ticket agent has not known how to check in a ZED because they never have any in that station so I walked them through it. I've either forgotten how or something has changed. If you know, please help. I haven't slept in 2 days, I'm sure that's not affecting my memory or anything.
