    Default Breaking....HND Negotiations Completed

    U.S. and Japanese governments have signed an agreement to open just 10 daytime
    slots at Haneda airport for trans-Pacific operations – five for U.S. carriers
    and five for Japanese carriers – in addition to one new nighttime slot
    each.
    The agreement is slated to take effect by the end of 2016.
