Thai Airways International’s first Airbus A350-900 is set to be delivered at the end of the third quarter of this year.
The aircraft has entered flight testing, with the twinjet having completed its maiden sortie at Toulouse.
Thai Airways, which confirms the Rolls-Royce Trent XWB-powered jet has carried out its first flight, has four of the type on order.
It is also taking another eight on lease. The aircraft will be fitted with 321 seats in two classes.
