Default flying on Ba with one world staff ticket

Hi I am new to this site, and would like some information please
my stepson works for cathay pacific and my wife is booked to fly (SUBLO PAR OF CX STF)on BA from lhr to bkk, the date on the e-ticket is showing for the 25th November, but should have been for the 28th, i have managed to list her for the 28th, and have a booking reference from BA.
will the e ticket showing the 25th be ok, or does it need altering?.
And if she does not manage to get on the flight on the 28th would i need to relist her for the following day the 29th?, and would i still use the original e-ticket, sorry if the question seems silly, but this non rev travel is a little daunting at first.

The date on the eticket does not matter. A date has to be entered but it is not necessarily the date of travel. What matters is that you list her for the correct flight on the BA staff travel website. If she does not get on, just make sure that she asks the agent to "roll her over" to the following day's flight. You should not have to relist again. She can check in at a kiosk at LHR using the PNR number. There is a separate staff travel desk at T5 if she is checking a bag.

    Hi Steve,
A small correction to this is that if she does not get on ( which is very unlikely at the moment ) you will need to relist her for the next day or she can relist herself on the sets that are found in the staff travel waiting area.

Just curious is this relisting requirement is just for flights departing LHR? I was stuck in ATH all day a few years ago and the agent kept rolling us over until we finally got out on the last flight which was a 767 instead of an A320. We listed on the BA staff travel website for our initial flight but the only difference from then was we had paper tickets. After AA, I travel on BA the most for Europe travel so it is helpful to know tips like this. Thanks.

I just dumped all my old notes, but you can also look at:
    Matrix - ITA Software

Maybe Air Asia or Tiger (via SIN)
