4 night music themed cruise June 14th out of BCN, deluxe balony $119+fees

OK, Perx.com has another low cost cruise out of BCN. It’s a music & art themed cruise 5 days, 4 nights for $119 for deluxe balcony ($169 for single). It starts on June 14th, with overnight stop in Ibiza Spain (with afternoon party planned) and 7 hours at Sete, France. The email I received said it included taxes/fees but not sure on that as the cruise website has taxes/fees at $212. There is a mandatory gratuity that is $66.
