Default Best way for TPA to LHR

My friend and I are going to LHR on buddy passes from Tpa on Jun 11th and coming back on Jun 19th, what is the best way of going? Would it be better to go through ATL or JFK, currently listed through ATL? Would love to be in Business class if possible

And when my friend did my buddy pass she spelled my first name with a C instead of an S and Delta says they can't change it. We went to the airport and the desk that you checkin for flights says that since it's just my first name and first letter it won't be a problem, should I be worried? What about the security checkpoints? I don't want to get over to London and have an issue getting back.

    Thanks for your advice

If the pass is within her current year alotment, ask if she can re-issue it on travelnet (deactivate as buddy, refund ticket and reactivate you w/proper spelling and buy a new ticket) I'm not sure if this is possible because we issue ours from the prior year and once the new year begins, they are only refundable.
    hope that works.
As far as which gateway--the one with more business class seats and fewer nonrevs listed!!

I would use the recently added Tampa-Miami-London route. Both directions have 7 seats left up front with nobody listed. They are also wide open in the back, so you will get home.

Thanks for the info, I'll have her look at the Miami route. I'm looking forward to going and hoping that the Icelandic volcano doesn't cause anyone issues.

I'd be prepared to go another direction for your Plan B--they are already Xing flights via Scotland. Good luck.
