Lists for all 13 DL flights to US were 30-40 nonrevs long. Lots of HK's in Dusseldorf and FRA and BRU, too.
    Heavy loads all over EU.
I'm going to try for DUB 48 hr, then Rome week after--WISH ME LUCK!

WOW--they DIDN"T get out yesterday. Hoping they make it to MSP but it isn't looking very good. loads are horrendous!

I'm pretty sure I won't chance DUB since I'd have to buy zed to AMS--HA!! or stay overnight somewhere...YUK CDG ? Patooey

    It is awful!
We were trying for Europe last week and getting anywhere on the 24th was no problem. 100s of open seats.
Coming home on the 27th was overbooked everywhere. ZRH-JFK was over by 29 in coach.
    Went to GGT instead....

it WAS weird---there were a few flights I investigated that had plenty of seats outbound on an odd day or 2,but inbound has been jammed!
I gave up with 2 attempts DUB due to return loads and HKs. Trying for FCO next wk which doesn't look bad but I know Dl peeps will use S2s and I'm not sure I want to waste one to come back. I have 4 flight options and none of them make me secure, since I have a family of 4 that's listed on ALL of them. It'll be a crapshoot to figure which one they choose!
HAHA Had to look up GTC. After 13 days of 90+ temps I'd be headed to Alaska or South America!
At least we're making $$. Somebody has to pay for our trvavel

That's certainly not DL policy for overbooked INT. They just did it on Boss' flight last wk. Over a dozen were upgraded gratis and they got rev standbys on. No nonrevs made it.

Yep, saw the same thing in MAD. 30 or more HKs on each flight, they flat out filled the front of the plane. Zero non-revs got on. They ended up getting an eZED on IB to get back to the states.

I just saw a half dozen or so rev upgrades on what would have been my JFK/FCO flight tonite. I wasn't crazy enough to go and try to get back next wk.
