5 years ago is not relevant today. Aside from the continued paper activation, there are so many more flights and more DL personnel at departure desks. My last foray was quite pleasant except for the wrong priority code. Since I had been on DLnet, I would have quietly disputed the mistake but I did get biz elite and a few others got on, too.
