Default Parents of a new Delta employee

Hi All, our daughter recently started with DL and we've already made some NRSA trips on Delta. Only got stranded once (LAX and it was terrible! ;-) ) We did a ZED leg once and had to make a frantic call to our daughter because it was an eZED and we couldn't pay for it at the counter.

I'm trying to get info on online tools for listing, ZED purchasing and load checking, that we can use without "bothering" our daughter. ;-)

What can we do for ourselves? And what websites or programs can we use on our own? An how do we register to get access?

    Thanks in advance.

You need to have your daughter do the ezeds for you. Access is limited to employees because it requires their secure employee # and password. Better to do ezeds prior to a trip, then have her refund online if you don't need them. Most are very quick to refund monies since they are on your credit card. That way, you can monitor when the refund is processed on your account.
Lots of DL folks here can ck loads for you--make sure you post city pair, date, seniority and # of pax. Do your homework online to check for Plan B and C thru regular delta.com before traveling and be ready to change gears as needed to sometimes fly backward to go forward. (ex: SLC or SEA to go to somewhere west..etc)
You found the right site for your needs. Just be patient and use search function for hotels (like LAX, Hacienda, etc) if stranded.
PS--spend a hour w/daughter reading the nonrev info on deltanet...You'll be glad you did. It's all there, just alot to absorb.

Yep .Exactly Bother your daughter and put her to work. Internal passwords and codes are required.
