Default Jive Turkey...DL Adjusts Accomodation to Support ADA

The therapy animals-everywhere trend has reached a new milestone after an unknown passenger was successfully able to bring an emotional support turkey aboard a Delta Airlines flight.
Two images of the bird were purportedly taken by flight crew and then uploaded to the website Reddit. They show the animal being wheeled to the gate in a wheelchair—and then taking a seat in the aircraft’s Comfort+ section.
Delta Airlines confirmed that they indeed let the turkey aboard, saying it fell under the category of “emotional support animals” and “psychiatric service animals” they are required to carry by law.
Specifically, the U.S. Department of Transportation mandates that “carriers shall permit dogs and other service animals used by persons with a disability.”

As proof that an animal is or isn’t a service animal, carriers need to lean on “identification cards, other written documentation … tags, or the credible verbal assurances of the qualified individual.”

Turkeys can be MEAN!! I had to call my dad to "rescue" me from his giant turkey. I hated that bastard! Noisy, ugly, massive ball of feathers and waddle. I kept a broom in my car; when I parked I used it to fight it off. One day I forgot it, hence the call and he came up to the drive to chase it away. Not my feathered friend.
    Support turkey, my @ss!
