Father of Delta employee-non-revenue question.

My son works for Delta and I’ve enjoyed the non-rev benefits for quite some time. My son always arranges these flights but sometimes he is not available.

Can I arrange non-travel on my own or do I need to go through my son’s account?

For example if I wanted to fly to Amsterdam can I just go to airport and sign up for a non-rev flight to there?

Since the nonrev privileges belong to your son, he would be the person to ask to arrange all nonrev related travel and answer questions You cannot arrange anything on your own. Sharing of passwords is against all airlines policies.

Correct. Your son should book all of your arrangements.

Our son too flies with Delta. Do you know if there is an 800 number for those flying non-rev for Delta?
