i've heard from a few people i work with that you can walk up to the HA tkt cntr and buy an inter-island non rev pass on the spot. can someone from HA verify this? i work for WN and just want to make sure this is correct..thanks!

I know this is true for AQ. The counter fare for us is 50% off. But right now you can get inter-island fares for $19-$39 on AQ, HA, and Go!
Sorry, but no. At one time years ago we had an inter-island walkup with HA, but no longer. All requests must go thru the Pass Bureau for not only HA but AQ as well. The only exception to this is a local airport employee agreement which superceedes the formal pass agreement (check with a local sup. or admin. if you're airport staff).
