Palms, love the new avatar. At one time I was going to change my airplane avatar to Wiley Coyote, but I thought no one would recognize me.

I hate when people/airlines cave when pax yell and scream enough or as mig said because the exposure this one got. I love standing my ground in those kind of situations. I hate for them to occur, and I love to do what I can and help pax out, but I really hate it when people give in to childish behavior.
