Default Airlines that allow any OAL employee to non-rev?

Is there any airlines that offer non-rev travel to any OAL employee's whether they have an agreement or not. For example to travel inter-island in Hawaii, both Hawaiian and Mokulele Airlines offers a non-rev fare to any airline employee regardless if they have an agreement or not. The employee can go straight to the ticket counter and list for the flight as long as they have their employee ID. Is there any other carrier that does this? Thanks!

    With UA - no.
Which is a shame if your airline is generous enough to extend such a travel policy to other airline employees .......

I know AS doesn't offer that either. HNL, are you with the new combined Go Mokulele? Not having to buy HA passes in advance, with our very limited tkt counter hours out there, would be great. Is there a service charge or zed associated with the walk-up listing also?

For Mokulele it is a $29.00 standby fare, while Hawaiian is around $45.00 standby fare. Hawaiian is only valid within the state of hawaii.
