Default Pinnacle Airline employee/Spouse tax to UK

Does anyone know the taxes for travel to London Heathrow, Gatwick or Manchester UK, when the travelers are Pinnacle Airline employee and Spouse?

The US departure taxes (ex US) do not apply to free tickets. In most cases, where a service charge is collected, though, the US departure taxes do apply and are approximately $19. I realize the question was raised by someone affiliated for whom no service charge is collected, but thought I'd add this clarification so that others, who do pay a service charge aren't confused.
