Default PCRM ranks best healthy airport food options. DO YOU AGREE?

Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) has reviewed the food served at 18 of the country's busiest airports. In its 12th review, the PCRM has found that even if some airports have lost points from year to year, the overall trend is upwards, with more nutritious meals offered to passengers.

I didn't think I'd see Cleveland there. All I remember was a BURGER KING with a huge line. Desperate hungry people to have to resort to that.

All I can say is that MOST physicians are clueless about nutrition! My physician brother, whom I dearly love, eats sodium-loaded foods like candy--and his wife can't cook healthy food worth a darn. They salt the hell out of everything...
I never saw a decent fresh food restaurant @ DTW. Wonder they are hiding? I must be walking past them, trying to find a SkyClub. I do see a lot of fast food restaurants--Wendy's, Nathan's, BK--healthier? hahahahahahahahaha

Yes I agree guys. Surprisingly PHX with its Paradise Cafe, beats many airport food options. As for DTW, CLE, I haven't seen anything even close to healthy. CLT might be the worst. In LAX, Lemonade Cafe is fantastic with the "Cafeteria Style" ordering to monitor portions.

My thinking exactly. I wanted to know where these healthy choice places were hiding, because what I see at airports are a lot of fast food places and I’ll admit I’ve dined on my share of burgers and personal pan thick crust pepperoni pizzas.
So I dug a little deeper and here are some of the concessions stands that got their airports on the list

Migflanker, I will give you a review because I am there in A-Con almost everyday. Problem? The sandwich is $8.00. Geez...For $2.00 more, go to TGIF in E-Con INTL food court and get Large Salad with avocado and Italian on the side.

Still not better than the Santa Fe soup / salad option @ PHX

    $8.00 for a sandwich - there’s no need for a review.
