So, I am going to training in COS. Allowed to return home, SLC, on weekends. Flight out of COS to DEN delayed so a few of us rented a car and drove to DEN so we could catch are connecting flights. Gate agent in COS informed us to call a 1-800 number to inform them we were driving to DEN so they did not cancel our itinerary due to missing flight from COS. In Denver I decided to check with gate agent to find out my entire itinerary had been cancelled. Fortunatly gate agent called someone and I was able to get the rest of the itinerary reloaded into the system.

Now returning back to COS, my flight is delayed 2.5 hours out of SLC, that makes me miss my original DEN-COS flight. Problem with positive space is the gate agent (or myself) can relist me on another flight. I saw a seat open on a 7:53 flt and I was able to get in touch with my companies travel person. By the time they got online that seat was gone.

I still have an hour to wait for my flight to DEN only to hope something opens up to COS so I do not have to drive.

At least its not too far to drive from DEN to COS. Hope company will cover it.

I have three more weeks in COS. After this do not really want to return to SLC until its over. Problem is I am returning on the 21st in the evening only to catch either a redeye that night or early morning flight on the 22nd on my way to China. I really need to return home to take care of some stuff before leaving for China but I am packed just in case I can not return.
