We can't keep up with the calls in Rez. We are hiring yet another class right now with training to begin in July.

We seemed pretty lean at CAL and operated that way. For a long time. I think UAL is trying to rid of people via attrition. There are hirees from the 1950's still hanging on.

Hiring in sea for delta is getting ridiculous. On the ramp alone we see 30 new faces every couple of weeks. It took me less than 2 years to go full time and now we have guys that got hired in February who are now full time. I moved off of the bottom of the seniority list very fast!

That sounds about right. I go in several hours early just about every day and they don't question it. I need the money so I hope they never fully catch up so I can keep getting ot pay!

Our head honcho at our stations decision to be cheap on payroll is really biting him in the ass right now. We get hammered every summer but with the influx of new flights it really makes things interesting. Plus with all of the new hires who don't know what's going on and the usual lazy workers it gets nuts quite often.
