If they lived in AZ, they would already be eligible for the vaccine. Arizona has made the vaccine available for everyone 16 and older now.
Yes got it yesterday Johnson and Johnson.
I always wondered how the priority groups were determined. For example here in California, as of March 29 -gardeners, nannies and flight attendants could get the vaccine - talk about an interesting grouping.
Honestly, I feel like it was a random decision based on lobby groups, though how you decide that gardeners should get it before, say, cashiers is beyond me. AZ has been amazing with the rollout which is why we were able to make it available for everyone 16 and older a couple of weeks ago. Appointments are available in the more populated areas and they are getting ready to start mobile vaccinations in the more rural parts of the state. Most of the Navajo nation (the hardest hit area of our state and one of the hardest hit in the country) has already been vaccinated.
Starting April 15 all Californians 16+ can get the COVID vaccine - now to get an appointment.
Me last week. DL pays PPT plus lunch.
