Default LH Non-Rev Dress Code and Baggage Question

I was curious as the dress code to LH as I can not find it anywhere online - is it pretty much industry standard ? Also do they charge non-revs (I'm on a zed fare ticket) to check bags?

Thanks for any help you can offer ! I'll be flying LH this weekend!

Their dress code is not as stringent as U.S. carriers, but Biz casual does it.
    No charge to check bags

Dress code for many airlines can be found on www.flyzed.com, in the Travel Rules section. Unfortunately, LH has not published theirs. They do have a very laxed dress code and will accept jeans in economy class.

As for bags, the only ZED carrier (that I'm aware of) that collects 1st and 2nd checked bag fees from ZED travelers is US. Others will collect excess baggage fees (e.g., more than 2 bags, overweight and over sized bags).

Not relevant now, but more than 30 years ago standing by for an LH flight out of HKG, the very German station manager absolutely refused to allow me on their flight, cos my hair was a bit too long! I had to go into the toilet with a razor and hack off the excess, watched by puzzled locals, before he'd allow me to board.

As a result, for the period of my career where I was in res or ticketing, I did my best to avoid booking people on LH flights, or using them for reprotecting from our cancelled flights. Made me feel a lot better.
