    Hello gang, what UP, just wondering if anyone know if the Marriott Waikiki Beach offers an airline discount and what the 3 letter code is to check this price online. I entered TVL as the promo/group code and it came up with this;

    <BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>Rate Information
    * AVAILABLE TO BONAFIDE TRAVEL AGENTS
    ONLY
*IATA NUMBER IS REQUIRED TO BOOK THE
    RESERVATION
    *ID REQUIRED AT CHECK IN
*MAXIMUM OF 2 ROOMS PER NIGHT
    <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

I've got an airport ID but not a TA's. Also if you enter EMP it will give you the [i]Friends & Family Rate and also the Associate rate.

    Hello,
As of last April, they offered a $79.00 a night airline discount. That is when I stayed there. I called the hotel directly.
Hope this helps!! The hotel is in a great location.. right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of everything Waikiki.

If your flights look good and you know for sure you're going to get there, use Priceline.com Bid $50.00 for a three star hotel in the Waikiki West Zone, and you'll probably end up with the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani or the Waikiki Beachcomber, which are both really nice, and right across the street form the beach. These days, airline rates are mostly a joke. There are much better deals out there.

Chris I was using www.marriott.com and entering TVL as the group code at the bottom (EMP gets you the employe rate). I ended up paying $130/nt with parking and tax. Also AA uses this hotel as for the Crew.

Check the Outrigger hotel chain's web site. They let you book travel agent and airline employee rates there. They will check IDs. We stayed in Kona-Kailua in April for $125/night at the Outrigger Waikaloa.

I would love to find a great hotel with good discounts for airline employee's there in the Waikiki area as well. I will be going in June and would like to stay on the east side (Lanikai)
but waikiki would be fine as well. We just want to stay somewhere that has a pool and hot tub. I dont think we can find that in the Lanikai area. There isnt any hotels in that area. I am also very interested in any info about that Marriott deal. I am a rewards member and love to stay at marriott hotels.

    Thanks,

    Evan,
I called the hotel directly and was quoted the 79.00 airline employee rate. This was last April. I am going again in January, but I think we are staying at one of the Outriggers, which give airline employee discounts, also!
