    anyone out there know what united charges for employees to non rev?

    It's a per-segment charge depending on the class of service if you're a United employee, otherwise it depends on the interline agreement your airline has with UA. If you are a UA employee, log into Skynet. Under the Travel section, there is a service charge calculator, just input the endpoints one segment at a time and it will give you the current charges.

    Domestic:
    Y class: 0.004683 cents per mile
    F/C class: 0.011383
    S class: 0.014577

    Hawaii:
    Y class: 0.002985
    F/C class: 0.006031
    S class: 0.006031

    International:
    Y class: 0.005188
    F/C class: 0.011191
    S class: 0.015077

    Also add in cost of base fare, fees, and taxes...

    If your on a companion pass, check the regular rates particulary when traveling overseas. You often find a better deal for a confirmed seat overeas than standby on United.
