It's been a while since I posted so I thought it time to post a review.
I recently travelled to Weston FL. I got an airline discount at Bonaventure Village by going to their management site www.dailymanagementresorts.com and using the worldhotels link or www.worldhotels.com. I entered ID90 as the promo code and got a discount. The village is a series of apartment blocks named after seabirds. Our one bedroom apartment was very spacious a true home from home with everything you'd need, except washer/dryer but that was available along the corridor for USD1 for each. The only down-side is that this is a timeshare development but no-one need get bogged down if you just refuse to enter any discussion about it. Don't take up the offer of free anything in exchange for your time and you're fine. The village is close to the outlet mall and a Publix supermarket is 5 minutes away so shopping is close by. There's a native indian resort close by but we didn't venture there as we had so little time. We hired a car using the good tip from Paul at BA re Alamo (corp id code W9 and rate RP)but as we'd booked the wrong size vehicle it did cost more than if we'd got it right when booking, so make sure you get the right size at the time of booking. We did have a little problem coming home in that we arrived back with BA to LHR on their first intercont day at T5. One of our five bags went missing for two weeks! It had to be the bag with irreplaceable things too, but it did eventually turn up with all intact. I hope that BA have managed to sort out their little hiccups as they're still a great airline to non-rev on as you're looked after. So far they don't charge for checking bags but you never know it could be a thing of the future as I've heard that AA will charge soon! Let's enjoy this perp whilst it lasts at these prices!

Thanks for the review. Glad to hear you were able to avoid the timeshare salesmen with their "free gift". BTW, did you get a chance to make it into Fort Lauderdale?
