There is much damage to underground parking areas. The Airport is normal operations and very high up from Flood. Things will be inconvenient next week over 100,000 cannot go to their homes. Just expect a lot of chaos as they try to get everything back under control and clean up the mess .
Thousands of houses have water in basements and first floor. The entire office core is CLOSED all streets have water.on them.
