Do You Hear What I Hear?
So yesterday I’m walking in the hills, listening (and sweating) to my music and ZZ Top’s “La Grange” comes blasting through my ears…now I’ve been making it up that next hill to this song for years and I’ve been hearing “Rooms spinning round, that Texas town…..”. But for some reason, yesterday, I heard, “Rumors spreading round, that Texas town, bout that shack outside LaGrange.” What……. I’ve been mishearing this song all this time? I’m telling you “rooms spinning round, that Texas town” make complete sense to me. *wink*
Do you mishear lyrics? You know what I’m talking about?????

Think that's kinda like "Olive, the other reindeer). Or, if you grew up reading a book about a girl named Penn-a-lope or thought train cars were going/from to Capa City...
-
Ok I know about Olive, but Penn-a-lope and train cars gong to Capa city; you're going to have to give me a link. http://www.4smileys.com/smileys/musi...headphones.gif

The train cars say: capacity XYZ
Penelope was the heroine in a girl book (like Nancy Drew, Madeline). I read the whole thing then I found out her name was NOT Penn-a-lope, it was "pe nel o pee (think "caliope"

Blinded By The Light by Manfred Mann
Aside from the obvious Wrapped up like a Douche (revved up like a deuce), I hear "And little early birdy gave my anus curly wurly" which is actually "And little early-pearly came by in his Curly-wurly".

Blinded by the light – never did get those lyrics. All I knew was “she was blinded by the light” and ...“the calliope crashed to the ground”- probably because she was……..blinded by the light.

Wait up for me, Mig! Sorry, but no hat...
