Things I learned during the COVID-19 Pandemic :cool:
There's a proper way to wash your hands and that the chorus to Prince's Raspberry Beret is exactly 20 seconds long - "she wore a raspberry beret...."
After witnessing people fighting over toilet paper on aisle 7, I learned that all those post-apocalyptic movies showing people fighting over food, water and shelter got it wrong. Toilet paper, paper towels and Clorox wipes are the currency of the future.
In a pinch you can use a food thermometer to take your temperature - just remember to be careful not to stick it in your arm.
I learned that nobody knows the wattage of their microwave....nobody!
That making a no-sew face mask with items around your house isn't as easy as you might think.
That people that deal with the "public" deserve a lot more money. (yeah Donna :cool:)
And lastly, I learned that even in quarantine, stuck in my house.....I can still manage to lose my phone. :rolleyes:
