Default Air China adds non-stop IAH-PEK in July

Air China, China’s exclusive national flag carrier, is scheduled to operate the roundtrip Beijing to Houston route on a new generation Boeing 777-300ER beginning Thursday, 7/11/13, pending approval from the DOT. Air China will benefit from a strong international community with many business and leisure passengers who use IAH as a global gateway. PEK will likely surpass ATL as the world's busiest hub by the end of the year..

Ouch. MPAH! That's a long flight too. Gotta be at more than 15 hours if 15 hours from EWR to PEK. Going the polar route. On a NEW GEN? That's murder on coach too.
