hey, folks! LL (my fave luxe travel purveyor) has finally gotten a good system in place for referrals.

My sister who lives right above Colorado Springs, just got a 2 nt stay at the Broadmoor Hotel there (schwa schwa la dee da) using a bonus signup and a promo code--she paid $72 total, which included the $40 concierge booking fee) so purchases aren't always expensive.
I saw a new one for the Abano Grand Terme Spa near Padua for around $700 for 4 nts--bfast/dinner, spa access, other perks.
The US deals range from Santa Fe to CAL wine country to Seattle to Chicago to NY to....

Of course, I get something from LL, too!! I get a $100 credit to use when you buy a pkg and you can do the SAME later, referring others. This is an ideal way to find super-lux places to stay--a nonrev dream!! I've got my credit from my sister (all the rest of my fam is already signed up from past referrals, so no $$ for us!)

They just added a bunch of new properties--some are all-inclusives for Kenya and Tanzania at off season super deals!
Several Preferred Boutique Hotels (room/taxes) and some South American goodies like Bo Bo EZE and Iguazu Falls, Rio, wine country Chile and Arg...

LL just beefed up the new stuff--lots of properties w/2 nt auctions for numerous places! Most are Preferred Hotel Group that don't include anything but taxes. No BF(?!!) but some you add resort fees, like normal people do.
Aside from the great deals you can rent a Italian castle for 20 peeps for a week for about $18Gs---Like I'd want to spend a week with any 20 people/family members!! ARGH (and that's not for Argentina!) But it's a fun look-see on their website.
