There were quite a few surprises on the Sixth Annual Airport Affordability Index. The two most affordable airports in 2015, CVG and ATL, were #77 and #73 on last year’s list respectively!
If you’re looking to get out of the city this year, you’re in luck! Atlanta, New York, Chicago and Philadelphia all broke into the top 10 in 2015 (none of which even cracked the top 30 last year!), making it a great time to get away from the city. Cheaper fares from major airports means more affordable travel for many coming from these popular departure points.
