    Post Worst Apology Ever

We’ve all got them, a form letter from a company about this or that.
Well recently a pax of United received a customer service apology letter that seems a little less than……. sincere - someone forgot to fill-in the 'placeholder text'.

“Your comments regarding (SPECIFIC EVENT) will be used for coaching and training our employees.”

“(CUSTOMER NAME), I ask that you allow us another opportunity to serve you, as we consider it our privilege to have you aboard.”

As you might imagine (CUSTOMER NAME) was less that trilled.

Wow. Just wow. I can't believe someone actually hit send without even checking their work. They do need to use this as a training moment alright.
