Default Help Reading Non Rev Booking Site

I'm a new non rev and trying to understand how to read the following when i'm trying to book a client. What do the letter and numbers stand for? Thanks

For some reason the file isnt uploading but the Headers on the Site are "AVAILABLE (J/O/Y) SA LISTED (J/O/Y)"

Basically the letters are fare class codes. ex. "J" represents business class. The numbers show how many seats are currently available. SA is Space Available or AKA standbys or nonrev (non-revenue) that listed or "made reservations" for that particular flight in whatever cabin class they desire. You can google fare class codes for a more thorough explanation.

thanks that's really helpful. To clarify, does Space Available (SA) refer to the seats available to a non rev's vs. available is the total number of seats available?

hbl121, the word "client" concerns me. I encourage you to read your carrier's rules for pass travel. Passes are not to traded/sold/bartered- failure to follow policy could result in termination.

SA LISTED refers to the non-revenue passengers that are standing by for a empty seat on that particular flight. When non-reving on another airline besides your own this info is important because usually your boarding priority will be low.
