    Hi,

I'm traveling to London mid-September (I know this is a bit early, but I'm anxious) on British Airways. I'm trying to understand the figures that I found on the http://www.flyaow.com/classcwt.htm website for flight 278 and return flight 282:

    Cabin class: F8 A6 J9 C9 D9 I8 Y9 B9 H9 K9 M9 R9 V9 N0 0 0

    Cabin class: F9 A8 J9 C9 D9 I9 Y9 B9 H9 K9 M9 R9 V9 N0 0 0

Can someone interpret these numbers for me (and did I give you enough info about my fights)?

    Any help appreciated. Thanks.
    Judy

    hi judy
all those letters are bookingclasses and the numbers behind are the number of seats availible in this specific class.in your case most of the classes sell 9 ore more seats,so your flights are wide open and should be no problem.
but i think there is also a ba staff registered in this forum, maybe he/she can help you with exact load infos

    Judy,
The 278 and 282 both go eastbound so I suspect that you may mean the 283 LHR-LAX. Do you have an idea on more specific dates?

You are right; I misread the flight numbers. LAX to LHR on 9/14 and return on 9/30.

Although I will be flying positive space, I won't be able to make the reservation until 14 days before the flight, per interline agreement, thus my concern about flight loads.

    Thank you both for responding.

    Hi Paul,

Can you give me an idea of passenger loads on these flights?

    Thanks very much.

On the 14th BA 278 has about 20 empty at the moment and half a dozone on standby however the BA282 has about 40 and a similar no. on standby. BA268 is full.
On the 30th the 269 is full but the other two currently have over 50 empty but may get busier in the next 2 weeks.
