Do you guys typically try to leave a couple days before your booking date starts? Or have you been lucky enough to be able to get seats and leave for your booked date.
We had no issues going to PUJ but spent the night before in ATL, our usual MO. These are set dates so I look every day for possibilities. LuxuryLink auctions have flexible dates and different types of auctions. I also shop Voyage Prive for stays w or w/o air from UK airports.
Our seniority has gone down slightly to S3B but w/30 yrs, it's possible to get up front or at least comfort+. We always allow a day if flts aren't looking so hot. Our key has been be ready to change gateways or connect as req'd.
