Hello - I plan on nonreving to CPT on South African Airways. I was curious as to when the best time of the year to go is based on the number of open seats? Is it easy to nonrev? Also, which is easier - IAD, JFK, or ATL? Lastly, if the flight makes a fuel stop, can a nonrev get pulled off due to oversell/full flt? Thanks!
