Just booked a cruise for a very special celebration in Tahiti. Years ago, maybe 10 :-), I did nonrev there. Does anyone have any ideas just how difficult this will be now? My departure is Oct 19-22 and return is 3-6 Nov. Any help is really appreciated.
We did an ID90 in mid-March on TN from JFK and back to LAX. Going to PPT we had four seats in the middle. And an open bar.
Take lots of $$$$$.
We're going back in a few weeks ..LAX/PPT/LAX on a "bought" tkt, we want to make sure we get on our freighter...the Aranui 3.
Unfortunately TN dropped the route from JFK to PPT
the gateway from the US is LAx or HNL.

Z, I am a bit confused as I just went to the Air Tahiti site, and was able to book 17th Oct-6th Nov. They are also offering specials for this route. It is also a nonstop per the site. Flight numbers are TN 3 and TN 44. I do realize that it does not run every day of the week. I believe it is twice weekly. Are you on an inside track and know that they are going to discontinue the service? Thanks.

I have to apologize, sorry for the confusion it is JFK/CDG they dropped.
From the US, the choices are limited to TN or AF... There is a Hawaiin airlines flight from HNL like once a week as well. Good luck.
