I went to BDA in early July to go fishing. We fly AA MIA-BDA. I stayed at the Rosemont Hotel, one uphill block from the Hamilton Princess hotel. That is one of the most prestigous places to be --not for me. I had a nice room with wireless in the room. AA has direct flights from MIA -BDA.
Had a good time, EXPENSEVE!!! Can't rent a car--only a scooter. 1st day was $ 75. then about $50.00 a day thereafter. Best way to see the island. Bda is the cleanest island I've been on and I live in Fla Keys. as they say---Try it you'll like it!!!

Very expensive indeed....it is like being in London...it was cold...no fruit...not for me again...still a very beautyful island...not having a rent-a-car sucked too
