We're trying to travel from DEN-Eug, Ore. on July 22nd,family of four.The flights appear to be full, on UA.I've asked 5 different people in UA's reservation and customer service if we can change destination to Pdx.We got 5 different answers from no to yes and in between.These are employee passes on the regional airline I work for, Big Sky Airlines.Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?
