Well, the hype of it all is the REDSKINS name not the CITY NAME. Think about this. The basketball changed the name from BULLETS to WIZARDS??? What does Washington Wizards have anything to do with anything? Maybe they should change from the Redskins name to ALGONQUINS as those were the tribes in that region if they still chose to honor the Native American.Attachment 543

Will keep this short and sweet. The way Tom Brady is playing -- and the way the secondary has been performing over the past few weeks -- methinks New England could beat any team in the league. Not feeling so bad about my preseason Super Bowl pick now. (Midseason, too.)

Obviously the Broncos had to drop, given what happened in New England. Peyton Manning hasn't pressed that hard since the Super Bowl, and to put it candidly, it showed. The run game has been completely absent in Denver's two losses: 36 yards in Seattle, 43 on Sunday. Manning or no Manning, you still have to be able to run in spots to win it all. #situationalfootball.

Kudos to Mark Sanchez, who capitalized on a second opportunity after a well-publicized failure with his initial team. The list of NFL players who struggled at their first stop but managed to carry on successfully in other cities includes numerous Hall of Fame and Hall of Very Good quarterbacks: Len Dawson, Earl Morrall, Billy Kilmer, Steve Young and Rich Gannon, to name a few.

The Onion is a satirical site, so the city name thing was purely a joke.
Having grown up in Minnesota, went to school in Wisconsin, but living in (and loving) Denver now, I'm this weird Vikings/Packers/Broncos hybrid. If any are playing, go them, but if I had to put a ranking, it would probably be Packers first, then Broncos, then Vikings. With all that said, so much money goes into football now that it kind of turns me off from it, so I barely pay any attention.
I know that was a satirical diatribe so no offense taken. And my Skins really do stink with RG3 in the QB position but what can I do about it? If anything, at least they shoved up the COWBOYSUK....get it? (Cowboys United Kingdom next week, therefore COWBOYS UK.....Cowboy suk) So all jokes intended against the SKINS are well deserved. Denver over Vikings? Traitor!
