I've walked over this bridge before in Chicago. Too bad this happened for this young lady, but at 4AM in the morning, you gotta think that booze was somehow a key player in this unfortunate accident.
Houston woman dies after falling into icy Chicago River

A trip to Chicago took a tragic turn for a Houston woman. KHOU and CW39 NewsFix say Alicia Garnett, 30, was walking with a friend along the Chicago River early Tuesday when she slipped and fell into the water.
The woman reportedly fell at about 4 a.m. A passer-by called 911, CBS Chicago says, and it took about 10 to 15 minutes for emergency crews to pull her out.
Garnett died later at a hospital. Watch a video from the scene:
