Both flights look OK at the moment http://www.nonrev.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif with over 25 empty on each but I would opt for the TPA-LGW flight as there are fewer staff listed for that one at the moment.
Cannot give actuals for VS but reservations system shows nothing for sale in any cabin. If flights get worse you could consider VS to MAN depending upon your final destination.

I see you've been busy listing .. well I guess its you.
Simplistically - at the current time :
BA2226 ATL-LGW is best bet with 20+ empty seats and about a dozen staff inc you.
BA2166 TPA-LGW looks OK with 18 empty and ten staff on the list inc you.
BA2036 MCO-LGW would be tight with about 20 empty and just over 20 on the list.

TPA or ATL would be my bet depending upon where you are and how you'd get there.
