I am trying to fly with my family from the New York / Philadelphia area to Berlin Germany on Christmas night (Dec 25th) and returning on New Years Day (Jan 1st). I am nervous about attempting non-rev during these dates, but the cost of buying revenue tickets is prohibitive for us. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I'm a Southwest employee and have a variety of things to trade if someone has something that will help me out.

Good luck--I'm sure someone will have an idea to help. Keep in mnd that if you arrange for passes thru OAE there are usually black-out/embargo dates, so be beware for your hard-earned $ or trades--passes may not be useable once you get them.
I hope you find a suitable solution.

Your main problem will be the limited flights available on those days. However the ones that do run are usually half empty.
