UK 14 Day Quarantine
The BBC is reporting that it will be announced this weekend that all travelers arriving in the UK (except those from ROI) will have to self quarantine for 14 days in an effort to avoid a second peak of COVID-19. The directive will go into effect at the end of the month.

I am wondering what would happen to a nonrever who is just transiting through LHR (Providing we could travel of course)

Exemptions for flight crews and intl transit pax. French and ROI arrivals are also exempt, everybody else must provide the address of where they will self isolate. Hawaii also has a 14-day self quarantine.

A number of states have quarantine rules in place. We were considering spending a couple of weeks somewhere else to get out of the heat only to discover most places (MT, ID, ME, and several others) have quarantine orders in place right now. Most expire before 01JUN but that may change.
