I may have to eat my words, but I think its very unlikely that CO will ask for pay cuts at this point....maybe if something else really bad happens, but not now.
The pilots' contract has expired, and things are progressing slowly for a new one....and that's the only thing on the table, and no hints of anything else to come.
I hope, anyway!

Alaska is talking about a pay cut for pilots. To be fair to senior management, they are also taking fairly hefty pay cuts (15-20%) so we aren't like some airlines. Our industry is definitely in trouble.
