I am a dependant (mom works for AWA) and they just changed their web site, so I don't know how to find the employee part to look up how many miles is on a zone one ticket and so on. I am traveling in Europe and even a difference in 50 miles could be bad for me if I have the wrong zone/tickets. Does anyone know what miles goes to what zones? I think it is like ZM1 is 500 miles or something, but I am not sure and I need to be sure. Thanks in advance.
I also work at HP. Here are the ZED zones:
Zone--Miles
1: 1-450
2: 451-750
3: 751-1600
4: 1601-3200
5: 3200-4080
6: 4081-5000

Thanks you so much for helping me out. I am leaving tomorrow on a trip to Ireland I think. I never know with nonreving (that's the fun about it too). But I was being silly and was looking at the awa home page and not the awa compass, so nothing has changed about that. Thanks for coming to my rescue anyways. Have a wonderful warm day.
i would not worry too much about zed and 50miles up or down. from my experience i can say, if your routing is quite/nearly the same as on your ticket no check in agent will start calculating the actual mileage.
