FLYZED.COM Question!
Hello - For those of you who use FLYZED.COM can you help me to understand exactly how it works. When i pull up a schedule most the of the flights I view are codeshare (so there are 2 or more flight numbers) - There may be two lines of the SAME flight one will show a smiling green face the other possible a red face on the same flight - It doesn't make any sense to me and I can't figure out why the same flight would show 2 different odds?
This is probably a dumb question - but I figure someone more savvy than me will have some logic to this!
Thanks!

My guess would be, as they are codeshare they may have a block space type agreement, as in BB is the operating carrier which might be red face, but CC is codeshare on the flight with blocked seats and is green face as they haven't sold many. From memory I think at a certain point they BB can sell CC's inventory, depending on the agreement.... maybe someone else has more detail for you though

I've noticed the same with seat counts on iddeals regarding codeshare numbers and availability. What Nick said makes sense.

Your best bet is to go by the symbol the operating carrier shows...fwiw.

Makes sense - I'll go with the operating carrier - Thanks for your input.
