I agree that they're really dumb but if it helps morale...I really doubt it promotes any additional goodwill or business related to the company.

I mean, like really. I read that these employees did all of this on their own free time willingly. Yea? I wonder how much arm twisting went with this. I don't know about that sort of culture. If it was done in my airline, I think you would never get mechanics to do this. They would all be hiding away from the cameras. I just don't see it. I can see flight attendants doing this, and maybe reservations, maybe even the pilots just because the flight crew insisted.

We always thought "flash mobs" wore hoodies and ransacked stores etc.?!
