Row 12 middle seat “economy plus” section, pax uses Knee Defender to stop the seat in from of him from reclining (so he can use his laptop)
Pax in row 11 middle seat objects to stationary seat.
FA asked Knee Defender pax to remove device- pax refused.
Pax in row 11 stands up and throws a glass of water on Knee Defender pax.
Flight diverts to ORD.
