Earlier this week UA launched Big Metal Bird, a really cute (mainly because of Katie Nolen - who am I kidding, she's adorable in this) series showing how the airline works. From a production standpoint, it can be a little clunky at times. But overall, it's a lot of fun to watch. I'm personally really excited for new episodes to come out!
